My dog won't eat for 5 days, only drinks water. What should I do?

My dog is refusing to eat from last 5 days except water..at some part of the day he use to eat some chicken.what should i do. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 4 lbs

Loss of appetite can be observed with many conditions such as gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, kidney disease, pancreatitis, among many other possibilities.
