My new puppy (Labrador retriever, 8 weeks old) is pretty active after eating. I'm concerned about bloating but she is acting normal and eating and pooping normally. Should I be concerned?

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! If she is acting completely normal, bloating is not likely at all. Furthermore, this is unlikely in a puppy so I would not be concerned about her being active after eating. After all, it is very difficult to control a puppy. Best of luck!
