Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 10 months old
Hi, my 3 year old cat is sick. We dont know whats wrong and we need help. She is an indoor cat witout any previous health issues. She hasnt been vaccinated as far as im aware (adopted from bad owner). She had explosive dirrohea, tablets helped. Changed diet, days later had temperature of 41C/106F. Vets ripped us off and gave treatment using IV drip, antiboitic Metrobactin. Now has lost weight, straining to poo, discharge out of vagina. Mobile, purring and affectionate.

If Olivia has discharge from her vulva and no spayed I am concerned about a pyometra (infection in the uterus). This would require you to spay her. I would bring her back to a veterinarian. I would recommend a different vet mainly because you do not have trust in the one you recently have seen. I would bring her to a veterinarian as soon as possible. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
