My dog's leg wound: Is it infected? What signs should I look for?

I’m wondering if my dogs small wound on his leg appears to be healing ok, or if there are signs of infection.

Poor Bear! It looks like there is some yellowish drainage from the wound, which is often a sign of infection. I would recommend taking him to the vet tomorrow to have this checked. Your veterinarian can prescribe an antibiotic to treat the infection and help the wound heal.
