Why is my spayed dog peeing in bed while sleeping after surgery?

My 2 year old doberman was spayed Monday morning and now she is having accidents in bed while she is sleeping. What could it be and what is something I can do at home to help it? Pet's info: Dog | Doberman Pinscher | Female | spayed | 1 year and 11 months old | 75 lbs

Hi there is nothing you can do at home on your own, apart from keeping her clean and offer food and plenty of water.I would recommend to have her checked over, she might need some hormonal therapy to help with the incontinence once a possible infection has been ruled out.
