My cat has blood under her nose but acts normal. Should I worry?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 5 lbs

Hello I noticed some blood underneath my cat’s nose. Her behavior is normal, She’s playful and her appetite is same as usual, She’s able to eat and move her mouth, She’s not feeling any pain also. Should i worry? Thank you

Is that just frank red blood or is that a sore? It is hard to tell from the photo. Either way, I think you can give it some time to see what happens. If there is no more bleeding then you can just monitor her; if it happens again she will need to see a vet. If it is a sore, it may resolve on it's own but if it doesn't show improvement in 4-5 days then she should see a vet.
