My dog is lethargic and not eating after spay surgery. Is this normal?

We are new pet owners and our dog is a 2 year old puggle. We adopted her Saturday, April 6th. She was extremely active up until today. Now all she is doing is laying down and not eating. She does have stitches from being spayed. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 26 lbs
