My dog ate a lot of flour. Is it harmful? What should I do about it?

A 2 year old retired greyhound has got hold of a 500g flour and eaten some of it. Should I do anything about this? Pet's info: Dog | Greyhound | Female | spayed

I don't think this should be harmful. The most that may happen is some mild GI upset. I would not worry too much at this stage. Just monitor her closely for any vomiting/diarrhea. If any is noticed and it lasts longer than 24 hours then call your vet.
