I recommend to have Benji examined by the veterinarian. Hairless patches like this can be related to a few things and the most common in a young dog like Benji would be skin mites, ringworm (which humans can get) or bacteria. The doctor will preform a few basic diagnostics and figure out the cause. Best of luck and please feel free to post any additional questions.
