My 1-week-old kitten won't eat, is drooling, and very lethargic. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 6 days old

Kitten is a week old. Was eating fine when we found it. Now the kittens eating has gone down. He is making funny noises and also has drolling. This morning did not want to eat much and doesn’t move actively

It is concerning that she is not eating much and is lethargic and she could have an infection, parasite, congenital abnormality, etc. She should be examined by a vet as soon as possible to determine the cause and treat the problem. Since she is so young, she will become dehydrated quickly if not eating so please try to find a vet that can examine her today. In meantime, keep trying to bottle feed her a milk replacer and keep her in a warm place to help regulate her body temperature.
