What can I give my dog for diarrhoea and gasses? She's been drinking a lot of water and not eating a lot. She has explosive diarrhoea and tummy ache. Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Female | unspayed | 5 years and 10 months old | 4 lbs

Poor Bella! Given that she is having explosive diarrhea, I do not think a home remedy would be a good idea in this case. I feel she needs to see a vet, and I would take her into one immediately. Best of luck.
