Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 5 lbs
My very young female cat (approximately 5-6 mo. old) is passing blood along with her urine. She seems to be physically fine other than this. She does not cry or make noise while in the litter box and seems to be passing urine without any blockage or pain. She seems to be in perfect health and at a healthy weight so could this be caused by my older male cat attempting to mate or is this something I should be worried about?

This is not likely related to the male trying to breed her and I recommend to have her urine tested for infection, crystals or other abnormalities that can cause blood in the urine. Chronic bladder infections can lead to bladder stones which may require surgery. Best to get this taken care of early. I hope Zora starts feeling better quickly and please feel free to post any additional questions.
