Poor girl. I am so sorry to hear that you in an area that has pets with no available vet. That is an unfortunate situation, especially since all pets need veterinary care at some point in their life. This is definitely one of them. There can be many reasons for a pet to not want to eat and acting the way she is, including her having an infection, internal injury to her neck/spine, etc. She needs to be evaluated and potential x-rays +/- bloodwork to hopefully determine the underlying problem first so that we know what to do to treat her. I would recommend calling around or doing an online search for any other options for veterinary care in your area. I would try feeding her some chicken broth (low sodium) OR baby food (slightly warmed in the microwave) for now and make sure not to force any uncomfortable movement of Pussy's neck, as well as doing a warm compress of her neck for 5-10 minutes twice a day, and hopefully you can find a vet soon! I am so sorry that there isn't more that can be done at home for Pussy for such a severe case of illness and hope that you are able to find a vet in your area soon! Best wishes and take care.
