Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 2 years and 11 months old | 12 lbs
Our 3year old Maltese terrier has had and been treated for Pancreatitis over a year ago, but has been sick over the last 3days ( he is usually sick about once a month) ha did not eat anything yesterday but has had a little Chappie at lunchtime today( he only has low fat food) but his poos today were extremely soft and very black, could he be bleeding inside and in need of a vet? I would have taken him to the vet sooner but we live 11/2 hours from one, what do you advise?

His stool being black means that he's having some bleeding in his stomach or possibly his small intestines - which is different than "internal bleeding" outside the organs. With his history, I would recommend getting him to the vet today.
