Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 12 years old | 30 lbs
My cat has been hit by a car and has a broken humorous. He is getting around fine, not whining, eating/drinking and going outside to the bathroom ok.. I don’t know whether to see how he goes with self recovery or to get the limp arm amputated. He doesn’t seem too bothered and is hating being isolated. What should I do?

I would talk to your veterinarian depending on where and how it broke would depend on if it can heal. I would also talk to your veterinarian about a potential splint to help his leg heal. If it is a break that can heal then isolating him is necessary. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
