I want to purchase this Beagle from a private owner and he has a bubble in his eye, he’s 3 months and doesn’t have shot’s yet. Can you tell me what the bubble in is eye could be and should I purchase? Thanks

It appears that the puppy has a prolapsed third eyelid gland, or cherry eye. In some cases it flares up with inflammation, such as with allergies. But in most cases it is chronic. There is a very simple surgical procedure to tack the gland down. Likely both eyes will need to be done.
