Pet's info: Cat | Maine Coon | Male
Our cat is not eating, drinking, or having bowel movements, no vomit, runny nose, lethargic. The vet who initially saw him did xrays and blood work and nothing came back abnormal. We're at a complete loss. He was like this another time recently and snapped out of it, and is back to being this way. Any advice or opinions are welcome.

I would recommend having his pancreas checked and an abdominal ultrasound. This is not normal so I would push for further diagnostics. He would also benefit from intravenous fluids if he is not eating or drinking. Hopefully they can find something!!
