My dog's face, eyes, neck swollen with pus. Is it an emergency?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 7 days old | 29 lbs

My dog has some bad issues right now. I want to know if this is an emergency issues! Im very worried but cannot afford a vet.. Here are some pics of him. Thw bledding on his nose is from him playing in pretty sure. Ive been taking care of that. I want to know about his swollen face and eyes. He has green puss on is eyes. His neck is also swollen

These are emergency issues, and Bolt has to see a vet now. If paying for a vet is an issue, you can see if your vet accepts payment plans, if there is a low cost clinic in your area, or you can apply for Care Credit online. There is also an organization called Red Rover that give grants for treatment of sick animals, and you can see if you qualify for one of their grants.
