My dog threw up clear liquid after eating pizza, what should I do?

Hi! I have a 55-60 pound dog. He has all of his shots and gets regular check ups. This afternood, he threw up slimy and foamy clear liquid. He ate his regular Blue Buffalo last night and had a normal bowel movement today. Though, he did not eat any food. Last night, I was stupid and gave him some pizza. I mixed it in his dog food. Really just a few pieces of thin crust. I thought if i mixed it with his kibble.... It would be ok...About an hour ago, I gave him some babyfood oatmeal with about 1sp

It sounds like the pizza may have made Micky sick. I can give you a home remedy to see if that helps. Withhold food for 12-24 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If the vomiting continues in the absence of food, he vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away.
