My dog has red spots on her stomach. What food helps her allergies?

My German shorthair pointer (5 years old), has been suffering from red spots on her stomach. She licks them constantly. We have had her tested for everything by our vet. She has been on ground turkey and white rice as a diet for 3 weeks with no change. We have tried Benedryl and a cream and wipes for the spots that the vet gave us. I don’t know what else to feed her. Should I try brown rice w/the turkey instead??

This sounds like and looks like allergies with a possible secondary infection. It appears she needs antibiotics and maybe some.stronger allergy medications and maybe a prescription food trial. I would recommend getting her checked again with your veterinarian or for a second opinion. Good luck
