My dog ate trash but seems fine. What symptoms should I watch for?

We have a huge dustbin just outside the house that's usually locked away, which is cleared about once in 20 days. Ideally it's something my dog does not have access to. My brother forgot to lock it today and we were out for about an hour. I came home to shredded pads and other waste strewn about. My dog seems to behave normally - he ate his dinner, went out for a jog an hour or so after the incident, drank water, pooped twice etc. I'm not sure what he has eaten from the trash. Pet's info: Dog | Dalmatian | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 5 months old

Dogs can eat really gross things from the trash! Keep an eye on Spotty, and if you see vomiting, diarrhea, anorexia, or lethargy, then I would be concerned and have him seen by a vet right away. Best of luck, I hope this helps!
