My dog is vomiting green and not eating. When should I see a vet?

My dog 3.5years old pomararian is vomitting and not eating food for first 2days then i went good for 3rd day but again 4th day it start vomiting green .. please suggest me goos medicine. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male

If he's been vomiting and not eating well for four days now (even if he was feeling better for a short time yesterday), he really needs to be seen by a veterinarian right away. The veterinarian there can do blood work and x-rays if needed to help determine what is causing his symptoms, and will get him started on appropriate treatment depending on what is found.
