My dog is vomiting green and not eating. When should I see a vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male

My dog 3.5years old pomararian is vomitting and not eating food for first 2days then i went good for 3rd day but again 4th day it start vomiting green .. please suggest me goos medicine

Poor Charlie! I'm sorry to hear that he's sick. If he's been vomiting and not eating well for four days now (even if he was feeling better for a short time yesterday), he really needs to be seen by a veterinarian right away. This sounds like a serious problem, and is not something that can be treated with home remedies. I would recommend taking him to an emergency clinic today to be seen. The veterinarian there can do blood work and x-rays if needed to help determine what is causing his symptoms, and will get him started on appropriate treatment depending on what is found. If you're not sure where to go, try calling your regular vet's office - their voicemail message should have contact information for your nearest ER or an on-call doctor for emergencies.
