My Pomeranian puppy ate rat poison. Will he survive with this dose?

Hi! My pomeranian puppy (1,5 kgs) ate rat poision today. I believe one batch is 120gs, and there are 0,05g of bromadiolon inside. We have been to the vet right away, he induced vomiting and the dog threw up everything until his stomack was empty and only bile was left. The dog recieved 0,2 vitamin K oraly and I was told to give him the same dose for the next three days once daily. Is the dose is enough I read that some dogs get this for 6 weeks, what are his chances to survive?

You did exactly the right thing by taking your puppy into the vet right away, and the fact that he vomited it all up is good. Hopefully, he should be ok, and I would trust the vet's medication instructions. Best of luck.
