My dog has one small eye, one large. Why is it bothering him?

Pet's info: Dog | American Staffordshire Terrier | Male | neutered | 2 years and 2 months old | 61 lbs

One of my dogs eyes is small the other is large the large one doesn’t react to light as much as the small one but I’m sure the small one is bothering him

I strongly recommend getting these checked by a vet, preferably a specialist ophthalmologist as the difference in sizein both the eye and pupil is very concerning and may be related to a painful increase in pressure, a leaking cataract or even a disolcated lens. The smaller eye may be retracted due to pain or may also have a medical cause
