My puppy vomited after dewormer, won't eat. Could it be parvo?

I gave my dogs deworm tablet then one of the vomit dog food the next few hours iys saliva and they dont want to eat. Im afraid that its a parvo. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | neutered | 2 months and 27 days old

Unfortunately a reaction to the deworming tablet, parvovirus and other causes are all possible. I recommend to call Choco’s veterinarian. The doctor may recommend to examined Choco and check him for parvovirus to be safe. The veterinarian can also give him medication to make him feel better.
