Why is my dog's first heat cycle lasting so long with spotting?

My 11 month old cocker spaniel has been in heat since February 22nd this is her first heat cycle she stopped bleeding on day 10 but 2 weeks later she started bleeding again not much like spotting her vagina is also swollen she is acting completely normal eating drinking playing my males dogs are following her around and even fighting each other so I had to separate them all is it normal for the heat to be this long also hasn’t gone into standing heat

A dog's heat can last up to four weeks, and it sounds like she is approaching that four week mark. To be safe, I'd have her checked out by a vet if she is still bleeding in another 48-72 hours. Best of luck.
