My dog has white flat worms 1/2 inch long in his poop my wife bought prosense worm dewormer solution for roundworms she gave him 3 1/2 tablespoons but he only weighs 50 lb will this harm our dog

That dose should be safe for your dog, but if they are flat worms they are likely tapeworms, which won't be treated by a round worm dewormer like prosense. I would recommend speaking to you vet and taking a stool sample to them so they can find out what type of worms are present so you can get the appropriate treatment.
