I’ve alfeady been tk the vets today and they said they thought he was bright and his eyes heart mouth stomach lungs and heartbeat was all Good. I’m not getting concerned about him as he’s ate rice and chicken but hasn’t had. A drink or been to the toilet for any business

That's good that they didn't find anything obviously wrong. Chicken and rice has a higher water content than dry food and it's possible this is meeting his needs. You could also add additional warm water to the chicken and rice to be sure he's getting fluids. Try taking Alfie for a walk. This will often stimulate the bowels and the bladder to move. Sometimes encouraging play can also get the intestines moving normally. Keep your veterinarian in close communication as they sometimes need additional diagnostics when pet's don't go back to normal. Most dogs urinate 4-5 times a day. A blockage in the urethra is serious so watch for signs that he can't urinate. Most dogs will have 2-4 bowel movements a day but they can sometimes skip a whole day or only go once. Also check the environment for anything he could have gotten into and be mindful of anything that may be causing Alfie to have anxiety as anxiety can also make pets behave abnormally. I hope he gets back to normal quickly!
