My old dog is vomiting, constipated, and not eating. What's wrong?

My old dog Murphy can not poop, he has not eaten and he has only drank a few sips, then threw up a few minutes later. Pretty much only water came out. He has also puked other times today. Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Male | neutered | 11 years and 5 months old | 23 lbs

Vomiting and constipation could be caused by parasites, change in diet, toxin ingestion, infectious viral diseases, blockage in the gastrointestinal tract caused by ingestion of a foreign body, or a mass/growth in the gastrointestinal tract. Please have Murphy seen by a veterinarian as soon as possible, as constipation and vomiting can be a sign of a more serious issue. I recommend taking in fecal samples from Murphy to your vet as well, as that may aid them in making a diagnosis. Good luck!
