Why is my dog sick after his rabies vaccine? Is it a reaction?

fabian got his rabies vac + heart worm blood test yesterday. he has had the vac before no reaction. today he has thrown up 5 times orangish bile, shivering, lethargic, and the fur on his back is raised strangely. could this be a reaction to the vac? or could he have caught a bug at the vet? or something more serious? i’m freaking out. tail is still wagging and he met me at the door when i got home from errands but he just seems depressed. went potty normally. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 7 years and 10 months old | 63 lbs
