Why is my cat sneezing? Could it be a cold from being outdoors?

Feral cat having sneezing fits every few hours for 2 days. He's eating and drinking. He sleeps on my couch and let's us pet him and pick him up. Spends 3/4 of day indoors. When outside he goes into (not too far in) some woods behind my house and browses the neighborhood (doesn't go further than 2-3 houses away). Can he get a cold from outdoors? I'm new to caring for cats and want to help him. He's also shedding tufts of hair but has no bald spots. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered

Yes, Fluffy could definitely pick up a respiratory infection from the outdoors. I'd have him seen by a vet in the morning. If he does have an infection, the vet can prescribe medications to treat him. Keep him indoors tonight so it's easier to get him in a crate to go to the vet tomorrow. I hope this helps!
