Hey! My puppy is 4 months old and there are tiny black dots around her vulva. I wiped them away some time ago but they are back. Is it just dirt or something else? Is it okay to wipe it away?

Hello. This is an accumulation of dirt & sebum, somewhat similar to blackheads on us. You can use a moist wipe to clean the area occasionally, but make sure you do not cause any irritation.
