My dog has loose stool but is acting fine. What are the causes?

Ok I got one answer but not for the other question. Since yesterday morning Lobo has had loose stool. He is playing and acting fine. I am concerned. Pet's info: Dog | American Water Spaniel | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 6 months old | 10 lbs

Sorry I didn't answer that question! This loose stool could be caused by intestinal worms, eating something rotten, a GI illness, a change in diet, or a foreign body. If he only had it once and is otherwise fine, I would not be too concerned about it. Make sure he is up to date on his deworming treatments, giving him one if he's not. I hope this helps!
