Dog threw up, now gurgling tummy but seems fine. Should I worry?

My dog Ozzy threw up twice after eating yesterday. We withheld food and only fed him a cup today. He kept it down and had a poop this evening. Now he has some loud tummy gurgles and I’m wondering if something is wrong. He’s still acting normal, drinking fine, running around, no signs of pain etc, but the vomiting and gurgles concern me! Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 2 years and 4 months old | 50 lbs

Poor Ozzy! He could still be nauseous from vomiting, and I'm going to give you a home remedy to try to see if that helps. Feed him a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If he vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away. I hope this helps!
