My dog has a red bump on his bottom lip. Is it normal or serious?

My dog has a red “skin tag” looking bump on his bottom lip. He has a bunch but they are the color of his lip and totally normal. I’m just curious if you think it’s a spot that got hurt, if it’s normal, or if it’s concerning. Thanks. Also he isn’t bothered by it at all and he wasn’t upset with how I held his lip. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Male | neutered | 3 years and 10 months old | 75 lbs

Hello. This does not look too alarming at all. Just check on it every now & then & see if it seems to be changing, growing,etc. But at this point, I would not recommend doing anything except watchful waiting. thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
