Cute little hamsters! It’s possible they have mites or fleas which can be treated. They need to visit the veterinarian for testing to know if parasites are the problem. They will then be treated with appropriate medication and dosage. Allergies or dusty bedding could also cause irritation. I recommend a bedding called Carefresh or aspen pellets. These are dust free so they don’t cause irritation. I hope this is helpful and please feel free to post any additional questions.
