My puppy has worms, not eating, vomiting, and lethargic. Help!

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 24 days old | 12 lbs

My puppy isn’t drinking or eating and we know she has worms and started the medication today but she keeps vomiting and normally she feels hot and lays on the tile but today she feels really cold and wants to be in the sun what could be wrong

Poor Athena! If she isn't eating or drinking, is vomiting, and acting lethargic, I would be very concerned that she has a more serious problem. Worms alone should not cause these symptoms. Parvo is a very common and serious issue in puppies this age that could cause the symptoms you're describing, or she could have some other issue such as an intestinal blockage, some other type of infection, or may have ingested something toxic. Regardless, the symptoms you describe are very concerning, so I would recommend taking her to the vet today for an exam. He/she can test her for parvo and may recommend blood work, x-rays, or other testing if needed to help diagnose the problem and get her started on appropriate treatment.
