My puppy has had diarrhea for 24 hours, is lethargic and is having trouble walking on her front paw. Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 7 months and 24 days old | 45 lbs

Diarrhea and lethargy can be signs of a serious infection, parvovirus, in young puppies. Additionally puppies can become dehydrated and have low body temperature very rapidly.
