What is the Best dry dog food to give my female golden retriever that is 20 months old. She started having seizures when she was 16 months old and has 1 per month since. She was on Wellness Core as a puppy and then we switched her to Science Diet Large Breed Adult, but she isn't that happy with it. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | spayed | 1 year and 8 months old | 74 lbs

I recommend foods that follow the WSAVA guidelines: this would include Iams, Purina, Hilo’s Science Diet and Royal Canin. You could try Royal Canin’s Golden Retriever diet. Another option would be to ask your vet about starting a prescription diet from Purina that could help control seizures in epileptic dogs - the diet is called Neurocare.
