My dog is tired, has dark, foul urine, and blood clots in pee. Why?

So my zoeys has been very tired all the time and her pee is darker than normal and smells foul,but sometimes she will pee straight blood other times she will pee but she will leave a drop of blood that looks like a blood clot or ball...what could this be? Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 4 years and 5 months old | 47 lbs

It sounds like Zoey could have a UTI, bladder stones, leptospirosis, or had trauma to her bladder. You will need to take her into a vet first thing in the morning to have this checked out. Best of luck.
