My dog is dry heaving but eating and walking. Should I go to vet?

My 8 month old terrier mix has been dry heaving multiple times throughout the day. She is still eating and walking normal. She might be acting a little bit more sleepy than usual. How serious is this? Should I take her to the vet right away or can I wait a couple of days to see how she’s doing? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 8 months and 16 days old | 23 lbs

Poor Ella! Given that she has been dry heaving multiple times throughout the day and is being lethargic but otherwise eating, I'd keep an eye on her for now. If she is still acting this way in the morning, then I would take her into the vet. I hope this helps.
