My cat drank bleach and is sick. How can I afford emergency vet care?

My cat might have ingested or inhaled bleach. He has vomited 11 times since around 5pm (it’s midnight right now). His puke was very liqued and they were very little amounts. He refuses to eat or drink anything. I can’t afford a veterinarian. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 4 months and 15 days old | 5 lbs
