My dog has little bumps all over her. We haven’t used any new cleaners/detergent/food. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 8 months old | 50 lbs

This could be hives from an environmental allergic reaction. I'd take Swayde into a vet immediately. The problem with allergic reactions is that they can quickly progress to facial swelling and subsequent respiratory distress. That has to be avoided, so the sooner she is treated, the better.
