My 8-week puppy pees excessively. Is it a UTI or normal behavior?

My 8 week old puppy seems to be peeing excessively. She’s going 3-4 times in an hour since this afternoon. Is it possible that she has a UTI or is this normal puppy behavior? We’ve been taking her outside every time she wakes up and after she eats. Also make sure to take her out if she shows signs of needing to go, but even with that she’s still peeing in the house a lot. Pet's info: Dog | West Highland White Terrier | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 25 days old | 3.5 lbs

It’s definitely possible that Abby has an infection. Have her seen by her veterinarian who will check her urine for any abnormalities. Keep up the good work of taking her out so frequently! I hope this is helpful and please feel free to post any additional questions.
