My dog has diarrhea, won't eat or drink, and is lethargic. Vet?

My boxer is is 5 years old he was vomiting and has diarrhea, he has stoped vomiting but still has diarrhea, he wont eat or drink andis just laying around, this has been going on since yesterday, should i take him in to the vet. Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Male | unneutered | 5 years and 7 months old
