Pregnant dog breathing heavy, pacing, not eating. Is she in labor?

My pregnant dog is breathing super heavy no food she only want water no sleep at all constantly pacing or under me

Depending on how far along she is in pregnancy, these can be signs she is in the first stage of labor. The first stage of labor can last up to 18 hours. Should 18 hours pass after these signs and there is no sign of progression and further labor, have her seen by a vet right away. Best of luck.

    Sounds like she is possibly going into labor soon. If she has been like this for more than 24 hrs however, there could be complication, in which case it is best to have her seen by your vet. However, if she is nesting, pacing, panting, and seem uncomfortable, she is getting ready to go into labor. You should see her start to have contractions in her stomach soon, and after that begins, you should see puppies expelled after 20-30 minutes. IF this does not occur or it seems she is in distress and not able to expel the pups, she should be seen right away. I hope that Porsha has a successful labor.
