My dog might have eaten glass. What are the signs of a problem?

I think my Rottie eat a piece of glass a little bigger than the size of a dime. She pooped earlier today but it was runny. She pooped later and it was more formed. If she did eat it, when would I start to see signs? I’m feeding her sweet potato and bread along with her regular food. She did throw up in between but no blood or issues after. Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Female | spayed | 50 lbs

Vomiting and diarrhea could potentially be signs that the glass is causing a problem. If you see any additional vomiting or if the diarrhea progresses I'd recommend seeing a veterinarian. They might recommend x-rays as the first step to determine if there is glass present in her gastrointestinal tract.
