my maltipoo is very thirsty and has been drinking alot for five days now. she never did this before. why is she so thirsty?

Hello. This is something you really need to figure out with your veterinarian. An increase in thirst could signal an infection, such as a urinary tract infection or a uterine infection called a pyometra. Increase in thirst could from kidney failure, diabetes, or another endocrine disease called Cushing's. It is important to determine what is going on as soon as possible.
