Is diarrhea or vomiting seen on the first day of parvo apart from lethargy? Pixel is 2 months old and pretty inactive today than normal. Can it be bcos of the weather as well? As it rained + winters so he has been sleeping.I am pretty worried. When should vomiting or diarrhea be seen? He has got 6-1 combination shot and tomorrow is his second vaccine. Vomiting and diarrhea can be seen on the same day or even a day or two after the lethargy. Every case is a little different. If he isn't eating, lethargic and you are concerned, I would have your vet take a look at him as soon as possible. They may want to test him tomorrow or run additional tests if he isn't feeling well instead of giving him his next vaccine. The weather isn't likely going to cause a lot of lethargy. I hope this helps and he starts to feel better soon.
