My cat won't eat/drink, can't take meds after urinary blockage. What now?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | 10.5 lbs

Hi, I was wondering if you could help me. My cat isn't eating or drinking water and he sounds like he is coughing or sneezing I'm not sure, it sounds like he has mucous build up. Also he was at the vet last week because of a urinary blockage, they gave him medication but I can't give it to him unless he eats first so I don't know what to do now.

I'd take Snowball back into a vet immediately. It's extremely serious when a cat won't eat or drink, and it's concerning he can't take his medication because he won't eat. He needs veterinary care now, please take him into a vet right away. Best of luck.
